Tuition and Policies

Tuition: Winter 2021 program tuition for Mixed Ages Online Classes is $225 per family.  Homeplay Instrument sets are available for purchase for $20 per set. Basic Homeplay set includes: egg shakers, rhythm sticks, scarves, wrist jingles and mini maracas. These sets can be ordered at the time of registration.  Home Play instruments are strongly suggested for new families, even if you have some instruments at home, as we will be utilizing these types of instruments each class, and we want to ensure that the grownups will have instruments in hand, to model live music making for their children.

As we are trying to help families deal with the COVID 19 pandemic in terms of the economic and emotional effects this situation has caused, there is still no charge for siblings however they must be registered for our online classes if they will be participating.  We do want to remind our families that our tuition is charged per family, not per screen.  While we understand that you may have other children in your home or backyard with you from time to time during class times, unfortunately we are unable to allow guest children to participate with us unless they are registered for the semester, and paid ahead of class time. Drop Ins are limited to 3 class experiences per semester per child, and must be paid in advance. We recommend registering for the semester rather than just for a "Drop-In". Please let us know at least one week ahead of time if you intend to invite another family to participate in one of our online classes with your family in your home or backyard so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

We suggest families with more than one child purchase an additional set of home-play instruments for $20 for each child, so that all of your little ones will have something to play along with at home. Tuition covers your weekly classes, and includes the semester's song collection family materials, in addition to a few other perks, including membership in our Tiny Voices Big Love community Facebook group, and access to our Family Portal on Tiny Voices Little Songs website.  Your tuition also includes access to the Music Together® Family Music Zone, and digital access to your semester's song collection on the Hello Everybody app. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is confirmed once payment has been received.

All class schedules are updated one week prior to semester start dates to reflect classes that may be full or not running, should enrollment be too full to accept new registrations or too low to run certain classes. Waitlist enrollment is accepted, but families who enter classes as "Waitlist" should also select a second choice class.


New Family Registration Fee: There is a one time (non-refundable) $21 registration fee for all families new to Tiny Voices Little Songs this semester. Please note that this registration fee applies to any family who is new to Tiny Voices Little Songs. It is a $21 one time fee you pay in the first semester when you enroll specifically at Tiny Voices Little Songs.

Military Discount: For families who have a primary care giver on active duty in the military we will deduct $21 off tuition for one child - or - we will waive the new family registration fee.

Tuition Includes:

  • A professionally recorded CD with the semester's music from the current collection
  • Special download code for the Family Music Zone where you can download the semester's music from Music Together, LLC, find activity suggestions and other fun extra features
  • A beautifully illustrated color songbook
  • New families receive an introductory guide.
  • All families may use our flexible makeup scheduler.
  • Unlimited makeup classes which can be scheduled online using our online makeup scheduler
  • Bonus Videos in the Family Portal
  • Bonus content such as coloring sheets or other activities in the Family Portal
  • Membership in our private Facebook Community Group: Tiny Voices Big Love

Tuition Policies:

  • Refunds are not available after the first class.
  • When a family joins late we ask that they use the online makeup scheduler to schedule makeups for missed classes
  • We are unable to further discount our online semester.
  • Registration is confirmed once payment has been received. 
  • There is a $25 fee for returned checks/payments.

Make-Ups:  As an enrolled family you will have access to our online makeup scheduler. Please schedule a makeup for any missed classes. Please try to let your teacher know ahead of time if you need to miss class.

Class Age Guidelines:

Babies (Infants Only) Classes are for families with infants from birth to 8 months at the time of registration. We are not running Babies classes Summer 2020 semester.

The Babies Class cannot be repeated, and is geared to families who want to learn as much as possible about music development in babies. Once you have completed the one semester Babies Class the Mixed Ages class is the next appropriate class option to take. Families that would like to bring their baby and children older than 8 months at the time of registration should register for the Mixed Ages class.

Mixed Ages Classes are for families with children from birth through age five. Families with a toddler and a new baby (under 8 months) can enroll the toddler for the Mixed Ages class, and the Baby for the Babies Class and attend two different classes per week. In this situation the full tuition will be charged for the first child, and the "Sibling rate" tuition will be charged for the second child.

In Mixed Ages and Babies classes any number of adult caregivers can attend with enrolled children.

Rhythm Kids Level 1 Classes are for children that are 4 and 5 years of age.   Please check back shortly for Rhythm Kids info for Summer 2020.
